Synopsis
In Competition
Twelve-year-old science geeks Danny and Andrès are mystified by girls, but find it very hard to approach them. Can learning the complicated principles of photography help? After all, as this metacinematic short suggests, love – just like the optical illusion of photography – a matter of perspective and projection.
About the Director
Born in Bogotá, Giovanni Granada graduated from the IED in Milan. He trained in Fashion and Product Photography and Production in Italy and France, and studied at the Tisch School of the Arts. He has directed more than one thousand commercials; in 2012 he wrote and directed ‘The Invention’. He is currently writing and developing his first feature film.
