الملخص
Faiza embodies everything one might imagine of a North African mother living on a housing estate: hard-working, devoted to her children whom she raises alone, caring, and always ready to help. Yet, within the family’s modest flat, Faiza Alaoui has a “room of her own“—a space where another side of her emerges. Here, she reconnects with her youthful ambitions and dares to embrace a part of herself unafraid of transgression.

نبذة عن المخرج
شاركت أنيسة داوود في أكثر من 30 مشاريعاً بين المسرح والسينما في تونس، وفرنسا، وإيطاليا، وسوريا، وفلسطين. وشاركت أنيسة في مشاريع مختلفة، عملت فيها كممثّلةٍ، ومؤلّفةٍ، ومنتجةٍ، ومخرجة. فازت أنيسة بجوائز عديدة عن تمثيلها في أفلام "Tender is the Wolf" (2006)، لمخرجه جيلاني سعدي، و"Borders of Heaven" (2015)، لفارس نعنع، و"Beauty and the Dogs" (2017)، لمخرجته كوثر بين هانية، و"Burning Hope" (2017)، لمخرجه لطفي عاشور. وأخرجت أنيسة أيضاً فيلمين وثائقيين، كان أحدهما هو "Our Women in Politics and Society" (2016)، وأخرجت الفيلم القصير "Best Day Ever" (2018) مع المخرج أبوزار أميني، وقد عرض الفيلم ضمن زاوية المخرجين "مصنع تونس" ضمن فعاليات مهرجان كان.
