Doha, Qatar; 23 November 2019: Ajyal Film Festival 2019, the Doha Film Institute’s (DF) annual cinema event, hosted HE Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali, Minister of Culture and Sports, as part of the Meet the Talent event at Katara Cultural Village. Moderated by Fatma Hassan Alremaihi, Festival Director and Chief Executive Officer of DFI, the interactive talk included questions from the festival jurors. Highlighting the universal importance of cultural exchange, openness and acceptance, the Minister spoke about the value of learning and discovery to unlock unique opportunities for our youth. The internationally-acclaimed Ajyal 2019 jury programme included over 450 jurors from 45 countries, including 48 international jurors.
