On Friday 7th October and Saturday 8th October the Giffoni-Doha Experience will be at City Centre and Villaggio, Doha from 17:00 to 19:00.

We are looking for children and young adults aged 8 to 18 to become film jurors at the Doha-Giffoni Experience part of the Doha Film Festival from 25th to 29th October, 2011.

Enjoy practicing with our review tips and bring a 200 word review of your favourite film to become a Doha-Giffoni juror during the Doha Film Festival.

The Doha-Giffoni Experience Jurors will:

• Be between the ages of 8 and 18
• Watch films categorized in their age group;
• Participate in workshops and panels with special festival guests and filmmakers; and
• Become eligible to be selected as an international film juror to represent Qatar at the next Giffoni Film Festival in Italy during the Summer 2012.

The Doha-Giffoni Experience is a cultural partnership between the Doha Film Institute (DFI) and the Giffoni Film Festival, the biggest festival for young people in Europe, if not the world.

For the second year , DFI is excited to host jurors from across the globe to join a select team of local film enthusiasts to watch, discuss, debate and learn about films during the Doha Tribeca Film Festival (DTFF) taking place 25-29 October 2011.
