Last month, Emirati director Ali Mostafa – in between filming his next feature following his debut, “City of Life” – launched his five minute thriller webisodes “Classified” with MBC. The casting and pre-production was done in three weeks. The series concept was inspired by the success of Lebanon’s Emmy ® award winning “Shankaboot”, which is now expanding its Arabic series to the Gulf, in search of untold stories and undiscovered talents.
