After a horrendous accident during Ramadan, Ali's father, a faithful and law-abiding man, suddenly finds himself abandoning his principles and following the impulse to protect his child no matter the impact on his ethics. As crisp and cold as its title, Omar Ibrahim’s dramatic short film is a vivid nightmare that brutally questions personal morality.
About the Director
During his eight years working in cinema and television, Omar Ibrahim has directed several short films, including ‘A Normal Day’, ‘Small Fertilizer’, ‘Doaa – Prayer’, ‘Winter’ and ‘Shadow’, and worked as director at Sama Dubai TV.
