Synopsis
Something terrible has happened to two young brothers. The details, however, are unknown. The eldest, not yet out of his teens, struggles with the effects of the presumably violent incident; the cuts and bruises he bears are the least painful of his wounds. Although his younger brother begs him to speak to their father, he cannot find the words. In this enigmatic short, director Ahmed Abdelnaser explores how difficult it can be to speak about emotional and physical trauma.
