Synopsis

Nora, an 18-year-old, is confined in a stark white house. She yearns for her father's affection and validation. The Doctor, her father, strictly monitors her environment, enforcing a regimen of cautionary tales that warn against curiosity, dissidence, and disobedience. Determined to be unlike her deceased mother, Nora suppresses any desires that diverge from her father's expectations. However, her growing friendship with a robot companion reignites her innate curiosity about the outside world, making it harder to ignore.
