More than 600 TEDx organisers from around the world will gather in Doha for the first TEDx summit, ‘The Power of x,’ beginning on April 16.

The five-day event comprises workshops, collaborative projects, regional and cross-regional brainstorming, talks, special events and cultural activities.
TED, the non-profit devoted to ‘Ideas Worth Spreading,” announced yesterday that the first night will be open to the public.
