Suzie in the Garden (Zuza v zahradách)
Ajyal Competition
Synopsis
Suzie is an inquisitive little girl who frequently visits an allotment outside the city with her parents. One day she meets a black dog and discovers a mysterious garden. Initially frightened by the person that lives there, Suzie soon picks up the courage to explore when she finds a lost key on the path. Beautifully textured with oil paints on layers of glass above a lightbox, ‘Suzie in the Garden’ is a charming animation about childhood innocence and discovery.
